Grill Beef Burger Recipe in urdu |
Talk about a Recipe that is American through and through! Here is an all-American burger recipe I put together recently. I use beer in lots of of the recipes I create because it enhances the flavors of a recipe and adds layers of flavor. Be additional patriotic and use an American brew for this recipe!

Ingredients:
one.5 lb. lean ground beef
one egg, beaten
one 12 oz. bottle beer
two cloves minced garlic
four tsp. brown sugar
one tsp. chili powder
one tsp. Lawry's® seasoned pepper (or black pepper)
four tsp. McCormick® Grill Mates® Roasted Garlic Montreal Steak® seasoning
two tbsp. butter
one.5 cups thinly sliced sweet onion
two tsp. Worcestershire Sauce
two tbsp. soy sauce
one tsp. yellow mustard
one tsp. Louisiana hot pepper sauce
7 or 8 hamburger buns
Instructions:
The burgers:
In a immense bowl, thoroughly merge the ground beef, the egg, one clove of minced garlic, three tsp. of the brown sugar, the chili powder, and tbsp. of the beer. Make in to patties (makes seven or eight little patties). On a well-oiled grill, grill the burgers, sprinkling the Montreal Steak® seasoning and the seasoned pepper on each side of burgers while grilling. Serve on toasted hamburger buns and top with beer braised onion sauce (below).
The beer-braised onion sauce:
Melt the butter in a sauce pan (avoid getting hot). Add the onions and the remaining clove of minced garlic and sauté for 5-10 minutes. Add half of the remaining beer, and the soy sauce, Worcestershire Sauce, one tsp. brown sugar, and yellow mustard. Cook until the beer has been well absorbed in to the onions and the onions are slightly brown. Add the remainder of the beer and simmer for awhile.
