Tasty Scarsdale Recipes
Day:
The plan ought to be followed exactly as written, with no substitutions (unless indicated otherwise). This one-day plan of Scarsdale diet recipes & meals has recipes (when indicated) at the finish of the one-day meal plan.
Breakfast:
0.5 x Grapefruit or 6 ounces grapefruit juice. The grapefruit (not juice) is recommended for best results.
one slice of protein toast (you may toast it, but add no butter or spreads)
Coffee, tea, water or diet soda. (Any non calorie/non carb drink may be substituted, however watch your sodium content on these.) DO NOT add any sugar, milk, cream or honey. You may use non-calorie sweeteners such as saccharin, splenda, equal, aspartame, truvia, etc.

Lunch:
broiled lean Zesty hamburger (about the size of your palm) *see Scarsdale diet recipes & meals below* (you may add tomatoes, lettuce, ketchup & mustard in the event you wish. No mayonnaise or other condiments are allowed, though.)
slices of protein toast
Dinner:
Coffee, tea, water, or diet soda. You may add lemon to tea or water for added flavor & the lemon will act as a natural diuretic to flush overweight, ketones & toxins from the method.

Scarsdale Diet Recipes & Meals Directions:
One-teaspoon ground pepper
Shopping List:
pound lean ground chuck
tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
Little finely chopped onion
One-teaspoon garlic powder
Mix all ingredients together. Patty out in to equal portioned burgers. Broil for fifteen minutes or until juices run clear.

Salad:
cups mixed lettuce greens of your choice
tomatoes cut in to wedges

16 green or black olives sliced
medium cucumber cut julienne style (short narrow sticks)
quarter of a medium red onion, diced.
Dressing:
1/4 cup red wine vinegar
0.5 x teaspoon fresh garlic (chopped finely)One teaspoon Spanish seasoning

beef bouillon cube crushed finely
0.5 x teaspoon ground black pepper
Mix dressing ingredients together & let stand 15 minutes.
Toss vegetables together in a immense bowl. Pour dressing over greens & toss again. Makes cup servings.
Seasoned Fish with Japanese Vegetables Scarsdale Diet Recipes (& meals)
six-ounce tilapia (or other white fish) fillets
lemon, quartered in to wedges
cups fresh green beans
carrots, grated
0.5 x medium red onion
green pepper, cored & sliced
cup sliced fresh mushrooms
One-cup snow pea pods (do not substitute regular peas)
Place Tilapia fillets in a skillet sprayed with vegetable spray. Sprinkle salt, pepper, thyme, oregano & ginger powder on top of them. Steam until done. Remove from skillet & squeeze lemon wedge over each filet. Set aside. While skillet is still hot add vegetables to skillet (leave any liquid from cooking the fish in the skillet). Saute vegetables over medium heat until soft but still firm. When vegetables are cooked, place equal portions onto plates & top with fish fillets. Serve. Makes servings.
